The CFO Intensive is a focused, high-impact session designed to help business owners gain clarity and control over their finances. We’ll identify THE most pressing financial issue for you - and create a plan or projection for you to take an implement immediately.

It’s perfect for those who want to evaluate a potential investment, develop a strategic plan for growth, or have a deeper understanding of their current financial picture.

How It Works

  1. Get the Details - before the intensive, you’ll fill out a questionnaire that tells me about you and your business - your goals, what’s working and what’s not. You’ll also send me access to your financial system(s). That way, we spend our time together solving problems, not wasting time going over the basics.
  2. Prep Work - I’ll take the info you’ve sent me and develop an initial plan or projection
  3. Work Session - We’ll refine the plan together during a live 2-hour work session. You’ll leave with an actionable plan you can implement right away.
  4. Post-Intensive Support - 2 weeks of asynchronous follow up support to ensure you can successfully implement the plan.
